“Common ASH” says Goodbye to International Cricket

At a press conference with Rohit Sharma, Ashwin said, “Today is my last day as an Indian cricketer in all formats.” He mentioned that he might continue playing club cricket and has really enjoyed his time in international cricket.

Ashwin will still play in domestic tournaments like the Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL) and the Indian Premier League (IPL). For the IPL 2025 season, he was bought by Chennai Super Kings (CSK) for INR 9.75 crore.
